3. Office for rent

- Retal period: at least 03 months (Thời gian thuê tối thiểu 03 tháng)

- Area at least : 100m2 (Diện tích thuê tối thiểu: 100m2)

- Unit price : 15USD/m2/month (đơn giá cho thuê : 15USD/m2/tháng)

3. Monthly fee

The investor will pay all the fee each month as bellow:

- Fee for using of infrastructure maintenance and public utilities: 0.1 USD/m2/tháng

- Waste water treatment fee 0.25USD/m3, equivalent 80% Q'ty of clean water was used

 -Environmental protection fee for waste water: 1.100VND/m3 clean water

- Water Prices: 9.600 VND/m3

- Fee of cleaning and environmental protection for solid waste: 185.600 VND/m3

- Fee of electrical system maintenance: 5% of electric fee was used
