THE PROCEDURE OF INVESTMENT IN LONGTHANH IZ
(LEASE WORKSHOPS)
1. The investor fills in and signs the Registration of lease workshop in Long Thanh IZ, Sonadezi Long Thanh will reserve the lease workshop for the investor within 14 (fourteen) days from the signing date of the Registration.
2. The investor signs the Workshop Lease Agreement and pay a deposit, equivalent to an amount of the workshop rental of 6 (six) months, within 10 days after the signing date of the agreement. Sonadezi Long Thanh will reserve the lease workshop for the investor within 45 (fourteen) days from the signing date of the Registration
3. The investor has 45 days to prepare, apply and get an investment license.
- The time to prepare the application is about 10 days.
- The time to get investment license is about 15 days after Dong Nai Industrial Zone Authority has received all needed documents from the investor.
- Right after getting investment license, the investor implements next procedures to sign the Land Subleased Contract:
o Making the company seal
o Register the Board of Manager
o Register Tax code.
4. The investor has to sign the ‘Workshop Lease Contract’ within 30 days from the issuing date of the new investment license.
5. The term of payment :
5.1. The Workshop Rental is paid quarterly, at the latest on 30 of the first month every quarter in a year.
For the first quarter, the Workshop rental must be paid within 10 (ten) days from the signing date of the Workshop Lease Contract.
5.2. The Management fee is paid annually, at the latest on January 31st of every year.
For the first year: the Management Fee is paid within 10 (ten) days from the signing date of the Workshop Lease Contract.
6. The other procedures after getting the investment license are:
