v Both rental and property management fees are payable quarterly in advance in US$. Rent will be revises on renewal of tenancy and the property management fee is subject to revision when required.
v Security Deposit
v A security deposit equivalent to three month’s rent and property management fee is payable upon the signing of the Letter of Offer.
v Additions & Alterations
v All plans showing alterations/additions must be submitted and approval by the Owner before such work can commence.
v Stamp Duties and Other.
v Fees/ Charges:The tenant is required to pay stamp duties, notarization fee, lease administration fee and any other relevant fees/charges that are levied.
